While the Board of Regents (BoR) has no direct jurisdiction over the day-to-day operations of postsecondary institutions, the BoR does receive student complaints from students. Students are encouraged to exhaust all appropriate internal campus processes.  If a complaint is not resolved at the institution level to the student’s satisfaction, BoR staff will assist in referring the student to the appropriate entity, such as the institution’s governing/management board.  

If the complaint pertains to potential violations of consumer protection, Board of Regents staff will direct the complainant to:
